Terms of Sale
Effective August 19, 2026. This website policy is provided for operational transparency and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial launch.
Eligibility
Requests are limited to persons or organizations approved by AGR for lawful non-clinical laboratory or analytical research. Approval may be denied, suspended, or revoked when identity, qualifications, destination, intended use, or legal authority cannot be reasonably verified.
Research-Use Restriction
Materials are not offered for human or veterinary consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, personal experimentation, compounding for clinical use, household use, or other prohibited purpose. A request may be refused or canceled if AGR has reason to believe a prohibited use is intended.
No Clinical or Regulatory Representation
Unless expressly stated in a source document, AGR does not represent materials as FDA-approved, authorized, safe, effective, sterile, clinical grade, pharmaceutical grade, or suitable for any medical, veterinary, cosmetic, food, or consumer application.
Documentation and Specifications
Certificates and analytical reports apply only to the identified sample or batch and only within the scope of the stated test. Purity or identity testing does not by itself establish sterility, endotoxin status, safety, efficacy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Orders and Payment
Submission of a request does not create an obligation to sell. AGR may require additional verification before accepting payment or fulfillment. Accepted orders currently use manual payment instructions, including Venmo or Zelle when available and permitted by the applicable provider or participating financial institution. Payment is not collected through a public instant-checkout page. Provider eligibility, transfer limits, holds, fees, and other transaction terms remain subject to the applicable third party.
Compliance
The requester is responsible for compliance with applicable federal, state, local, institutional, shipping, storage, handling, transfer, and disposal requirements.
