Available certificates of analysis (COAs) can be reviewed within the approved researcher portal before purchasing. Review the original report for the laboratory, sample identification, test methods, and reported results. Documentation availability and testing scope vary by material and lot.
Check the report’s sample or lot identifier against the listed material. If the connection is unclear, contact AGR through portal Support before purchasing.
Compare the sample ID or batch number on the original report with the lot information in the portal. A report for a different sample does not verify the lot you are reviewing.
Read the laboratory name and report date. Supplier-provided documentation and testing commissioned by AGR have different sources; ask Support if a report’s source is unclear.
Look for the issuing laboratory, report number, date, and sample identifier. Request clarification when these details are missing or the relationship to the material is uncertain.
Interpret results within the methods and sample tested. Identity or purity results alone do not establish sterility, safety, or suitability for human use.
A COA documents the results reported for the tested sample and methods. Read the units, methods, and limitations; a purity percentage alone is not a measure of every quality characteristic.
