Research Use Disclaimer & Policies
Effective Date: October 7, 2026
Terms & Conditions
Access to AGR accounts, catalogs, documentation, and ordering is limited to eligible researchers whose applications have been approved. Account credentials must be kept confidential, and users must provide complete, accurate information when enrolling and ordering.
Submission of an order is an offer to purchase research materials and does not require AGR to accept or fulfill the order. AGR may verify, restrict, decline, or cancel an order when necessary for inventory, payment, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or research-use controls. Material prices, eligible discounts, shipping charges, applicable sales tax, and the final order total are shown at checkout before submission. Prices and availability may change before an order is submitted.
Users may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit instructions inconsistent with AGR's research-only restrictions. California law governs these terms except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Pricing, Discounts & Sales Tax
Catalog prices are stated in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and sales tax unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout and shown as a separate line before you submit your order. The final total consists of material prices after eligible discounts, shipping charges, and applicable sales tax.
Sales tax is calculated using your delivery address, the items ordered, and the applicable tax rules for jurisdictions in which AGR collects tax. Rates and taxable amounts may vary by destination and product. Shipping or handling charges may also be taxable under the applicable rules. AGR does not apply one fixed tax rate to every destination.
AGR sale and invitation codes reduce eligible material prices only. They do not directly discount shipping charges or the sales-tax line. Tax is calculated after eligible material discounts are applied. Active invitation codes may be reused on future orders by eligible buyers. Code eligibility, expiration, and restrictions are enforced at checkout, and only one code may be used per order. Self-referrals are not permitted.
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and review the tax amount and final total before submitting your order. Updating the address, cart, or discount code may change the calculation. If the required tax calculation cannot be completed, checkout will ask you to correct the information or try again before placing the order.
Tax collection is separate from the payment method you choose. For Stripe payments, the sales-tax amount calculated by AGR is included in the Stripe payment total once. For Zelle or Venmo, pay the full order total shown by AGR, including applicable sales tax and shipping.
Researcher approval or a research-use-only designation does not, by itself, establish a tax exemption. If you believe an exemption applies or a tax amount is incorrect, contact AGR support before ordering with the relevant information and documentation. Do not deduct tax from the payment yourself.
AGR's all-sales-final policy remains in effect. Nothing in that policy prevents a correction of an erroneous tax charge or limits any right or remedy required by applicable law. Contact AGR support with your order reference to request review of a tax discrepancy.
Privacy Policy
AGR collects information supplied during enrollment, account access, checkout, payment verification, support, and shipping. This may include identity and contact information, research profile information, account credentials, order and payment records, shipping information, device or log information, and optional marketing preferences.
AGR uses this information to review researcher eligibility, operate and secure accounts, process and fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain business and legal records, and send marketing messages only where the recipient has opted in. Information may be disclosed to service providers that support hosting, email, payment, shipping, analytics, security, tax calculation, and professional compliance functions, or when disclosure is required by law. Depending on the configured tax service, AGR may share delivery-address details, order amounts, product tax classifications, and transaction references with Stripe Tax to calculate and record sales tax. For California address lookup, AGR may send the shipping street address, city, and ZIP code to the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration. Tax records may be shared with AGR's accounting professionals or tax authorities as needed for reporting, reconciliation, or legal obligations. For card orders, payment-card information is collected and processed by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy and security practices. AGR receives transaction identifiers, payment status, and related transaction information needed to reconcile and support the order, but does not receive or store the purchaser's full card number. When Zelle or Venmo is selected, AGR may retain the payment reference, payment method, submitted proof of payment, and verification status as part of the order record.
AGR retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including transaction, tax, security, dispute, and legal obligations. Researchers may request access, correction, deletion, or information about applicable California privacy rights through AGR support. Certain records may be retained where required or permitted by law. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link in a promotional email.
1. Research Use Only
All products offered by Alpha Guardian Research ("AGR") are supplied exclusively for legitimate laboratory research, analytical, and scientific research purposes.
AGR products are not offered or marketed for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease and are not intended to affect the structure or function of the human or animal body.
Products must not be injected, ingested, inhaled, implanted, consumed, or otherwise administered to any human or animal.
2. No Medical or Clinical Advice
Nothing provided by AGR constitutes medical advice, veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment advice, prescribing information, dosing guidance, or clinical instruction.
AGR does not provide recommendations concerning personal use, dosage, frequency of administration, route of administration, injection technique, therapeutic protocols, or treatment of any disease or medical condition.
Any scientific literature, product information, analytical information, Certificates of Analysis, laboratory results, or research references made available by AGR are provided solely for informational and laboratory research purposes.
3. Certificates of Analysis and Laboratory Documentation
Certificates of Analysis ("COAs"), purity results, identity results, sterility results, endotoxin results, and other laboratory documentation are provided to describe analytical testing associated with a research material or batch.
Such documentation does not constitute FDA approval, medical approval, evidence of clinical safety, evidence of therapeutic effectiveness, or a representation that any product is suitable for administration to humans or animals.
QR codes and links associated with AGR products are provided solely to facilitate access to current research documentation.
4. Purchaser Representations
By creating a researcher account, accessing the AGR catalog, or placing an order, the purchaser represents and agrees that:
- The purchaser is at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to acquire the research materials ordered.
- Products are being obtained solely for legitimate research, analytical, laboratory, or scientific purposes.
- Products will not be used, administered, or supplied for human or veterinary consumption or treatment.
- Products will not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- Products will not be represented or resold as approved drugs, medicines, dietary supplements, food products, cosmetics, medical treatments, or veterinary products.
- The purchaser assumes responsibility for lawful possession, handling, storage, use, transfer, and disposal of all research materials.
- The purchaser is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, local, institutional, and laboratory requirements relating to the materials purchased.
5. Misuse and Order Refusal
AGR reserves the right to decline, cancel, restrict, or refuse an order or researcher account when AGR reasonably believes that its products may be purchased, promoted, transferred, or used for purposes inconsistent with their stated research-only use or applicable law.
AGR may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify the legitimacy of a research order.
6. Regulatory Status
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products offered by AGR have not been approved, cleared, or authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human or veterinary use.
Nothing on the AGR website, product packaging, catalog, documentation, social media, correspondence, or other materials should be interpreted as representing FDA approval, authorization, endorsement, certification, or clearance.
7. Payment Policy
AGR accepts eligible card payments through Stripe, Zelle, and Venmo. Available methods are shown at checkout.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. The following provisions apply to card orders processed through Stripe.
Card information entered through Stripe Checkout is collected and processed by Stripe. AGR does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. A Stripe order is not treated as paid until AGR receives and validates payment confirmation from Stripe.
Zelle and Venmo orders are not treated as paid merely because payment proof is uploaded. AGR must verify receipt of the correct payment and match it to the AGR order reference. Purchasers are responsible for using the correct recipient and order reference displayed by AGR at the time of payment.
AGR may decline, cancel, or refund a transaction when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, duplicate payment, inventory error, research-use restrictions, legal requirements, processor requirements, or an inability to fulfill the order. Any refund that AGR approves or is legally required to provide will be handled through an appropriate payment channel. Card refunds are ordinarily returned through the original Stripe payment method where available.
Nothing in these payment terms limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
8. Refund & Return Policy
Because AGR materials are research materials for which chain of custody, handling, storage, and product integrity cannot be verified after delivery, AGR generally does not accept returned product. Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by AGR under this policy, AGR does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect products ordered by the purchaser.
- Unused products.
- Products opened or handled after delivery.
- Improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Products that have been altered, prepared, reconstituted, transferred, or otherwise manipulated after delivery.
Unpaid orders may be cancelled only while the cancellation option remains available through the AGR Researcher Portal. Cancellation of an unpaid order does not constitute a refund.
9. Damaged Product Replacement Policy
If an order arrives broken, leaking, visibly damaged, or otherwise physically compromised during shipment, the purchaser may submit a replacement claim.
Replacement claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Email replacement claims to:
admin@alphaguardianresearch.com
The replacement request should include:
- The AGR Order or Shipping ID.
- A description of the damage.
- Clear photographs of the damaged product.
- Clear photographs of the exterior and interior packaging.
- A photograph of the shipping label when requested by AGR.
AGR will review the documentation provided. When a damaged-product claim is verified and approved, AGR will replace the affected product.
Replacement coverage does not apply to damage occurring after delivery, improper handling or storage, loss or theft following confirmed delivery, incorrect shipping information supplied by the purchaser, or alteration of the product following delivery.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Purchasers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Standard shipping charges are disclosed before payment. AGR's current standard shipping schedule is $14.99 for merchandise subtotals under $150, $12.99 for merchandise subtotals from $150 through $249.99, and free standard shipping for merchandise subtotals of $250 or more, unless a different rate is clearly displayed at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping charges form part of the order total regardless of whether payment is made using any available payment method. AGR may use UPS or another suitable carrier and will provide tracking information when available.
A carrier's confirmation of delivery constitutes evidence that the shipment was delivered to the address supplied with the order, subject to rights and remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Customers should promptly inspect shipments upon delivery and report physical shipping damage in accordance with the Damaged Product Replacement Policy above.
11. Limitation of Policy
Nothing in these policies is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any consumer right, warranty, remedy, or obligation that cannot legally be waived or excluded under applicable law.
AGR reserves the right to revise these policies when necessary to reflect changes in operations, law, regulation, or business practices.
The version posted on the website at the time of an order will govern that transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Contact
Questions concerning orders, documentation, account matters, or these policies may be submitted through the AGR Researcher Portal.
